We need some financial contribution from you!
We received 177 registrations for the GGMT meeting, of which 113 in person and 64 online. Of course it is great to have received so much interest for attending the meeting! But unfortunately this has increased the costs, as we did not anticipated a meeting of this size. So we are afraid that we have to ask you for a contribution in the meeting cost for in person attending (€ 160,-) and online attending (€ 30,-). We are lucky that WMO GAW and ICOS sponsor the meeting, which made the budget hole a bit smaller, but we nevertheless have to ask all attendants to pay a contribution through the links below, depending on your options.
Some instructions: You can change to English if needed on the top right of the pages you will land at. Then press the Add to CART button. If you want to add the icebreaker and/or dinner option you can leave the page and press the respective links below:

Please note that we inserted some volunteers as session chairs that did not actually registered themselves as chair. Please notify me if this is a problem for you. We are also looking more volunteers to go through the recommendations to prepare for the final session on the update of the recommendations. Please make yourself known to alex.vermeulen@nateko.lu.se .

The form of the meeting
The meeting will be fully hybrid. All remote participants will receive a zoom link shortly before the meeting. Remote participants will be able to use the chat and can participate in the discussion. All presentations will be recorded and will be available after the meeting through this website when presenters agree.
Posters
Live posters will be presented in the poster session on Tuesday afternoon 20 September. Poster boards will be available to put up your poster from the start of the meeting. Poster max size is A0 portrait (84×119 cm). Online and in person posters can be uploaded, preferably as pdf to the page Upload your presentation pdf for GGMT-2022. Please upload your posters before 16 September, if possible.
Online poster presenters are encouraged to also upload in the coming two weeks through the same link as above a recorded maximum 3 minute flash presentation (in .mp4 format) using the Zoom app. Instructions can be found here. This flash presentation is not a requirement though.
If they agree presenters can also use that link to pre-upload a pdf of their presentation, but it is ok to do this after the meeting. We will also make these available through the website for registered users.
